BuzzScaler Terms and Conditions for Orders and Refunds

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms,” “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the website located at BuzzScaler.com (the “Site”) and any services, products, or features we make available (collectively, the “Services”). These Terms form a legally binding contract between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and BuzzScaler (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

You may not create more than one Account without our prior written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Accounts that violate these Terms or that contain false or misleading information.

BuzzScaler is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

3. Description of Services

BuzzScaler provides social media growth and engagement services, including but not limited to the delivery of followers, likes, views, comments, and other engagement metrics to user-specified social media profiles and content on Third-Party Platforms. All Services are delivered to publicly accessible profiles and content on Third-Party Platforms.

3.1 Service Limitations

BuzzScaler does not guarantee that delivered engagements will remain permanent. Third-Party Platforms frequently conduct audits and may remove engagements at their sole discretion.
Delivery timelines are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary depending on order volume, platform conditions, and service availability.
We do not offer access to private accounts. Your profile or target content must be publicly accessible for the duration of delivery.
Service availability, pricing, and features may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

3.2 No Affiliation with Third-Party Platforms

BuzzScaler operates independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with any Third-Party Platform, including Meta, Alphabet, TikTok, or any other social media company. Use of our Services is at your own risk and responsibility.

4. Orders and Payments

4.1 Placing Orders

All Orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by BuzzScaler. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any Order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, technical errors in pricing, or unavailability of the requested Service.

4.2 Pricing

All prices listed on the Site are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.
We are not responsible for pricing errors caused by technical glitches. In the event of such an error, we reserve the right to cancel the Order and issue a full refund.

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept payment via PayPal and UPI. All payment transactions are processed by secure third-party payment processors. BuzzScaler does not store your payment details on its servers.

4.4 Order Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email to the address on file. This confirmation does not guarantee delivery and is subject to our ability to fulfill the Service.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy is as follows:

Orders may be cancelled before processing has begun. Once an Order has entered processing, cancellation may not be possible.
If we are unable to fulfill your Order in full, you are entitled to a partial or full refund at our discretion.
Refunds are not issued for drops in engagement metrics caused by Third-Party Platform actions following successful delivery.
Refunds will not be issued where the User has provided an incorrect or private social media profile URL.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date by emailing [email protected].
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

BuzzScaler reserves the right to offer account credits, re-delivery, or partial refunds as an alternative remedy at its sole discretion.

6. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

By using the Site and Services, you agree to act in good faith and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

Using the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose.
Reselling or redistributing our Services without explicit written authorization from BuzzScaler.
Submitting false, misleading, or fabricated information during account registration or order placement.
Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or exploit any part of the Site or its underlying technology.
Interfering with, disrupting, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its servers.
Using automated scripts, bots, or other tools to interact with the Site without our express permission.
Violating the terms of service of any Third-Party Platform in connection with your use of our Services.
Uploading or transmitting any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data to the Site.
Engaging in harassment, abusive behavior, or threatening communications directed at BuzzScaler or its staff.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate termination of your Account, cancellation of pending Orders without refund, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant legal authorities.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software code, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive property of BuzzScaler or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include:

Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Site content without prior written consent.
Modifying or creating derivative works based on Site content.
Using any BuzzScaler trademarks, trade names, logos, or branding without authorization.
Framing or mirroring any portion of the Site on another website or platform.

Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by BuzzScaler.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BUZZSCALER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC RESULTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO GROWTH IN FOLLOWERS, ENGAGEMENT RATES, REVENUE, OR VISIBILITY ON THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BUZZSCALER, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL BUZZSCALER’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO BUZZSCALER IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BuzzScaler and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

Your breach of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
Your use of the Services in a manner not authorized by these Terms.
Your violation of any rights of a third party, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
Any content or data you provide to BuzzScaler in connection with the Services.

10. Third-Party Platforms and External Links

Our Services interact with Third-Party Platforms that are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. BuzzScaler does not control, endorse, or assume any responsibility for such platforms. You acknowledge that:

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of BuzzScaler’s Services complies with the terms of any Third-Party Platform.
BuzzScaler will not be held liable for any consequences arising from Third-Party Platform enforcement actions, including account suspensions, bans, or content removal.
Links or references to external websites on our Site are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, available at BuzzScaler.com/privacy-policy. By using the Site, you consent to the data practices described therein. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of this Agreement.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

BuzzScaler reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account and access to the Services at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably determine that you have:

Violated any provision of these Terms.
Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
Provided false information at any point.
Acted in a manner harmful to BuzzScaler, other users, or Third-Party Platforms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases. Any pending Orders may be cancelled, and refunds will be issued only where expressly required under Section 5. BuzzScaler shall not be liable for any loss resulting from such termination.

13. Force Majeure

BuzzScaler shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, power outages, internet disruptions, cyberattacks, or failures of Third-Party Platforms. In such events, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized arbitration body. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against BuzzScaler.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
